Utility Company M365 Migration
ISEC7 Government Services was contracted to move the entire organization to a mobile platform. This included enabling a BYOD program as well as a mobile device rollout to field workers charged with fixing broken electrical devices around the region. The field worker rollout completely changed a workflow completed by two-way radio and paper and pen with redundant computer entry to an application workflow on a tablet performed instantaneously in the field. ISEC7 Government Services completed the mobile platform installation, application/software rollout and device evaluation which took into account numerous field factors impacting the user experience on the device.
